Atmiik Return Policy
We understand that purchasing handcrafted items like hammer portrait paintings is an important decision, so we've established a fair return policy. Please read the terms carefully:

Return Conditions

Damage or Defects: If your hammer portrait painting arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, contact us within 2 days of receipt with photo proof. We'll reship a new item for free.
No-Reason Returns: Due to the custom handmade nature, we do not support no-reason returns. 
Custom Products: Personalized hammer portrait paintings are non-returnable unless there's a quality issue.

Return Process

Submit a request via email at postmaster@atmiik.com.
We'll review and provide a return address and label.
Return the item in its original condition (including packaging).
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt, to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Promotional or used items are non-returnable.
International returns: Buyer just bears the return shipping cost.
